While waiting for the analysis of my genetic sequences I hit up the videos on MSN for a respite from boredom. I found Suryia and Roscoe. They’re absolutely adorable.
Hope you enjoyed it as much as I did.

Fighting, mixed martial arts, boxing, and rowdiness in general are mainstays on Spike TV. For that reason I probably watch Spike way more than I should. While in the middle of a commercial break during “UFC Unleashed”, they started promoting Hulk Hogan’s return to professional wrestling on TNA Impact later tonight. Flashes of Mickey Rourke’s character from “The Wrestler” popped into my head. After show dressing rooms illuminating the wear on a wrestler’s body, bruises from performances night after night, and the ever present risk of a permanent injury no pain killer can fix kept me from watching the movie all the way through.
Regardless of how much “The Wrestler” does or does not reflect reality, I must say, “Hulk, I do not like this; I do not like this at all.”
During my lunch break I stopped by the house to scarf down my MickeyD’s and pick up lots of papers put aside for recycling. Before leaving I asked my aunt whether I would be able to add today’s paper to the huge bag filled with old magazines and scraps. She said she had already thrown it away. I gasped suddenly and asked, “Did you hear that?!”
She replied back somewhat startled, “What? What is it!?”
“That’s Mother Nature. She’s crying.”
“Oh, you’re so silly.”
It rained all afternoon. Coincidence? I think not.
And to McDonald’s: I stopped by today because I haven’t patronized your restaurant in possibly years, which compounded my need for a double quarter-pounder with cheese and fries. After seeing the nutritional information now neatly labeled on each wrapper, it will probably be several more years before I come back. Always knew it was bad, just didn’t realize how bad. Yuck.
